New Connections Business Card in 8.5.1

8.5.1 has the new Connections Business Card. It will show federated data from Sametime, Profiles and the Notes Name & Address book.
So you use the embedded Sametime client. Do you also use Connections ?
Is there a difference depending on where you invoke the card (eg. Inbox vs. buddylist)?
Are you "online" in Sametime / Notes?
Anything obvious in the logs (Help / Support / View Trave) when you hover over a new name?
This sounds like a config issue.
